In Courtroom Assessment is another popular service offered by JDL.  Essentially, one of JDL’s consultants monitors the trial from beginning to end.  Day-by-Day, and often Hour-By-Hour, feedback is provided to counsel regarding jury reactions, strengths and weaknesses in evidence and critiques of opposing counsel and opposing clients.

In Courtroom Assessment provides clients with an objective analysis on each segment of the trial.  This critical data allows counsel to GAIN THE ADVANTAGE of an opportunity to improve its client’s position before closing statements and jury deliberations.
