JDL prepares case specific Voir Dire questions.  This is one of JDL's most popular services.  It is as simple as picking up the telephone and consulting with one of JDL's trained experts, and then sitting back and waiting for the fax.  Voir Dire On Call provides counsel with a comprehensive set of questions for jury selection.  All relevant areas of the case are addressed and each question is tailored to the uniqueness of every case. 

While we recognize that every case may not warrant all of JDL’s pre-trial research services, there is no reason why every case that is going to trial does not warrant JDL’s specialized Voir Dire questions.  As a matter of fact, there is no good reason for counsel not to pick up the telephone and obtain case specific questions to assist them during jury selection.  The price is more than reasonable, and the turnaround time is forty-eight hours or less.
